Back to previous page Big Redfish Release Round posted by David FisherThe other day while running up the Bay looking for Mackerel we came across some big greasy slicks and thought we'd take a sample... Here is what we came up with a Big school of Big Red Drum moving south. The first pass we hooked 7 of them landed 4 lost 3 to broken lines and straighten hooks. During the course of the next few hours we hooked 20 of them to only land 8 of them. We had 4 Release citations over 46 inches the largest was 49 inches and approximately 50 plus pounds.... Still we have open days this weekend as well as the next...  |
