***First "HAPPY CRABBER" trip of the year....June 12 in the morning with the Heglin crew.......fishing was something to be desired but Crabbing was OK...Thanks Guys............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... *** "Happy Crabber Trip" ***Calm Water/Family Oriented/Crabbing/Fishing Trips out of Hatteras in Mid-June, July & August*** Once again this year I will be offering the Happy Crabber" trip out of Hatteras in May,June,July&August. We will start the trip out pulling Blue Crab traps,shaking out the Crabs,rebaiting the traps and going thru the catch picking out and measuring the keepable Crabs and returning the smaller ones to the water........all in the calm backwaters of Pamlico Sound.......... After that we will be either bottomfishing or trolling in the "Calm Waters" of the Sound for Bluefish,Spanish Mackeral,Trout,Flounders,Croakers and Spots. The whole catch is yours to keep.............. This is a Good Family Oriented trip where no one gets "Sea Sick" and is also educational on how fish and shellfish are harvested and processed in the Commercial Fishing Industry........... This is a 1/2 day trip and we would leave ODEN'S DOCK in Hatteras at 7:00am and return at 11:00am or leave the dock at 12:00 noon and return at 4:00pm..........
