All items for Auction have been donated. Fishmilitia.com, Reel Buzz Administration nor the OBPA will be held responsible for the working order of any item auctioned.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the "Reelbuzz / Fish Militia Auction".
The winning bidder for any auctioned item will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges .Arrangements can be made for the pickup of any item on Hatteras Island. The shipping charge will be in addition to the winning bid amount.
This auction is only open for a pre-determined amount of time to be set by reelbuzz.com and fishmilitia.com. If you bid and are the winner, payment must be received within 7 days of auction closing. Payments can be mailed to Outer Banks Preservation Association, PO Box 1355, Buxton, NC 27920-1355
Payment must be in the form of a personal check, cashiers check or money order. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
No auctioned item will be shipped or released until full payment is received.
We reserve the right for any donated item to be combined with another item/items for auction.
By bidding on an item, you agree to be bound by these conditions of sale included with the auction, so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this agreement or unlawful.
In no event shall we, our subsidiaries, employees or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site(s), services or this agreement
False / unverifiable registration information will void bids by that bidder.
Personal information such as Names and email addresses are only used by the auction admin. No information will be given to any third parties.
If circumstances arise, ReelBuzz.com and FishMilitia.com reserve the right to remove any item from auction and close the auction without awarding a winning bid.
